A swarm of teenagers from Not Around Here just came in (with a couple of adult chaperons), and amongst some choice overeheard gems (my favorite being "If you just get the idea of Sailor Moon you don't have to watch all of if it. It's not like Lost or anything.") was some of the most on-point nerd-shaming-shaming I've seen.
Teen #1: "I didn't know Guardians of The Galaxy was a comic."
Teen #2: "How did you not know it was a comic? It's part of the Marvel Universe. Erin, did you hear that?"
Teen #3: "Yea, I heard that. Somebody was excited to learn something new and you acted like an asshole."
