For The Cute Boy Who Hasn't Kissed Me Yet

You spent two years in line
writing love notes in your palm
Inching closer to the coaster
you had not intention of riding
Apprehension taking precedent
over the the event
You were content
to ride the terror of the line

You said the male body was
like a rollercoaster
A perfectly engineered
feat of architecture
serving no other purpose
but to be gawked at
and feared

I love the look on your face
whenever we play doctor
But I am tired of being patient
